Alida Garcia, Founder, Twin Impact

A veteran campaign manager, former Biden-Harris White House Senior Advisor, and perennial do-er—Alida Garcia has powered our country forward to major victories in all three branches of the federal government and at the state and local level.

From the frontlines of movement, to the White House, to Silicon Valley boardrooms, to Hollywood, her adaptable, empathetic, and fearless hustle as a bridge-builder across sectors brings unlikely allies together to make an impact against all odds.

Prior to founding Twin Impact, Alida served as the Vice President at FWD.us, a bipartisan advocacy organization focused on passing common sense immigration and criminal legal system policies. She is a battle-tested leader of political and advocacy campaigns and has been at the center of major political fights in Congress, the Supreme Court, and the White House. In addition to building FWD.us from the organization’s launch, Alida is a co-founder of Inclusv - an organization that works to break down the barriers that have traditionally prevented people of color from advancing in the political sector. To-date, Inclusv has successfully served thousands of people of color pursuing careers in politics and advocacy. Alida served as the National Latino Vote Deputy Director for President Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign designing the Latinx voter outreach strategies in the 11 priority battleground states. She is a graduate of Stanford University and Columbia Law School. But most importantly, she is a mother of twins who are the inspiration behind Twin Impact’s founding driving company pride in doing mission-oriented work that help our clients excel, while building a better world for her twins to grow up in.
